The Website describes business growth consulting services, fractional executive leadership, advisory boards, and related professional services ("Services"). Your use of the Website does not create a professional services contract. Any Services you purchase or engage in will be governed by separate written agreements. Products bought online through this Website (for example, the AI Business Audit & Strategy Session) are governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout, together with these Terms. If they conflict, the purchase terms control for that purchase.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

7. SMS Messaging Program

BOLTONAA, LLC sends text messages from (844) 423-7710 to people who opt in. By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Transactional messages: Client check-ins, appointment scheduling, meeting reminders, and service updates.

• Marketing messages: Special offers, updates, and promotions. Marketing messages are only sent to contacts who separately opt in to receive promotional communications.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (about 2 per month). Msg & data rates may apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our SMS services.

8. Opting Out, Getting Help, and Message Information

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (844) 423-7710. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and all Services described are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Results from using our Services may vary and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOLTONAA, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Website or Services. Our total liability arising from the Website is limited to $100, or, for a purchased product, the amount you paid for it.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BOLTONAA, LLC and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Courts in Fairfax County, Virginia have jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Fairfax County, Virginia. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for IP misuse.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes don't apply to purchases made or disputes begun before the change is posted.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to reflect the parties' intentions, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
