AI Strategy Call: Purchase Terms

Seller: BOLTONAA, LLC, 6731 Whittier Ave Ste B-266, McLean, VA 22101-4525 (“we”). Buyer: the person or business named at checkout (“you”).

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

1. What you’re buying.

One 30-minute live strategy call with Gore Bolton by Zoom, a short pre-call form, and a brief written recap. It does not include an audit, implementation, or ongoing advice; those need a separate purchase or written agreement.

2. Price.

$797, charged in full by card at checkout.

3. Scheduling.

Book your call within 30 days of purchase. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss the call without 24 hours’ notice, or ask for a second reschedule, the call counts as held.

4. No refunds.

All sales are final. If we can’t hold the call for reasons on our side, we’ll reschedule it, and if we still can’t hold it within 30 days, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Audit credit.

When your call is held (including a call that counts as held under section 3), you receive a one-time $150 credit toward the AI Business Audit & Strategy Session. It must be used within 30 days after the call date. It applies to that product only, can’t be combined with other credits, can’t be transferred, and has no cash value; it is never refunded or paid out in cash. If unused, it expires.

6. No guarantee of results.

The call shares opinions and ideas. It isn’t legal, tax, accounting, investment, or cybersecurity advice.

7. Confidentiality.

We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only for the call and recap. We may use AI tools to prepare the recap, and we won’t put your confidential information into tools that train on it. We don’t record the call unless you agree in writing.

8. Liability.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Everything else.

The boltonaa.com Terms of Use applies. If they conflict with these Purchase Terms, these Purchase Terms control.
