AI Business Audit & Strategy Session: Purchase Terms

Seller: BOLTONAA, LLC, 6731 Whittier Ave Ste B-266, McLean, VA 22101 (“we”).
Buyer: the business named at checkout (“you”).

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

1. What you’re buying.

A one-time AI Business Audit & Strategy Session: an intake questionnaire, our review of how your business runs, an AI Readiness Score, an Opportunity Assessment, a Quick Wins Report, a 90-Day AI Action Plan, and one live 60-minute strategy workshop with Gore Bolton by video. Implementation, software, and ongoing advisory work are not included and need a separate written agreement.

2. Price.

$2,497, one time, charged in full by card at checkout. Nothing else is billed without a separate written agreement.

3. Timeline.

We aim to deliver within about one week after we receive your completed questionnaire and needed information. Delays in your responses extend the timeline.

4. Scheduling.

You choose a workshop time from our available slots within 30 days of purchase. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. A missed workshop without 24 hours’ notice, or a second reschedule, counts as held, and we still deliver your written materials.

5. No refunds.

All sales are final. We don’t give refunds once payment is made, including for unused sessions or a change of mind. If we can’t deliver the workshop for reasons on our side, we’ll reschedule it, and if we still can’t deliver within 60 days, we’ll refund you in full.

6. Expiration.

If you don’t complete the questionnaire and schedule within 90 days of purchase, our obligation ends and no refund is due.

7. No guarantee of results.

The audit offers recommendations and opinions. Results depend on your business and your decisions and are not guaranteed. It isn’t legal, tax, accounting, investment, or cybersecurity advice.

8. Your materials.

You own your business information. You get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables inside your business. We keep our methods, templates, and know-how, and we may reuse general, non-identifying learnings.

9. Confidentiality.

We keep your non-public information confidential, use it only to deliver the audit, and don’t share it except with staff and contractors bound by confidentiality. We may use AI tools to prepare your deliverables. We won’t put your confidential information into tools that train on it.

10. Recording.

We don’t record the workshop unless you agree in writing.

11. Liability.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Everything else.

The boltonaa.com Terms of Use (governing law Virginia; arbitration) apply. If they conflict with these Purchase Terms, these Purchase Terms control.
